This informal gathering is a wonderful opportunity to build friendships, share conversation, and enjoy a relaxed evening together. Whether you're a regular attendee or joining us for the first time, there's always a place for you at the table. All are welcome, so bring a friend and come as you are!

This Sunday, October 25, St. Thomas Episcopal Church invites you to join us for a joyful celebration of Hispanic heritage, culture, and faith!

Although National Hispanic Heritage Month officially concludes on October 15, we are excited to continue the celebration as we give thanks for the rich traditions, diverse cultures, and many gifts of Hispanic communities, both within the Church and throughout the world.

Our 10:00 a.m. worship service will include Scripture readings and music that reflect the beauty of our shared faith across languages and cultures. Following worship, we'll continue the celebration with a special coffee hour featuring foods and traditions from Hispanic cultures.

At St. Thomas, we believe that the diversity of God's people is something to celebrate, and that our life together is richer when we make room to learn from one another, share our stories, and worship together.

Do you love to sing? Whether you're an experienced singer or simply enjoy making music with others, we warmly invite you to join the St. Thomas Choir! Under the direction of our Minister of Music, Dr. Maria Corley, our choir helps lead the congregation in worship, offering beautiful music that enriches our prayers and brings our community together. More than just a musical ensemble, our choir is a welcoming community where friendships grow, voices come together, and faith finds expression through song. Join us for an evening of laughter, good food, questionable talent, unexpected brilliance, and community as St. Thomas sets sail for The Love Boat: A Very St. Thomas Dinner Event!

On Saturday, June 20 | 6:00–8:00 p.m., we’ll gather for a joyful, slightly ridiculous, cruise-themed potluck where the entertainment is YOU.

Do you sing? Dance? Tell jokes? Play an instrument? Perform dramatic readings? Juggle? Read poetry? Have a hidden talent (or an unhidden one)? We want to see it! No pressure, no auditions—just an evening of delighting in one another.

Please sign up to bring a dish to share and come dressed in your favorite cruise wear, beach attire, captain’s outfit, tropical florals, resort chic… or whatever makes you happy.

Expect music, surprises, laughter, and all the warmth of a St. Thomas gathering.

Dispose of your unwanted guns in a safe and loving environment. Guns are dismantled by trained volunteers with power saws. Pieces from the guns are given to local blacksmiths from RAW tools for the purpose of creating garden tools and art.

This year’s theme is “All Things New”! exploring the beauty of transformation. Children and teens will work together to create a group mural and individual art pieces using recycled goods. Art camp also includes time in prayer, song and outdoor games. June 8th-11th, 10 a.m. -12 p.m. No cost for participation. Family worship included on final day.

Songs by American Composers, a special concert featuring Juilliard-trained baritone James Martin, the head of the vocal department at Dickinson University, and collaborative pianist Dr. Lynn Raley, Associate Professor at Millsaps College, Jackson, Mississippi. The 3 PM program includes "The Convex Beauty of Sailing Souls," a song cycle written by Maria Corley to texts by her late brother, Terence Thompson, who died in 1988 shortly after his 25th birthday. The poetry was found among his papers as her mother prepared to move to Lancaster. The program also includes works by H. T. Burleigh, Moses Hogan, Hall Johnson, Florence Price, Margaret Bonds, Tom Cipullo, Richard Hundley, Lee Hoiby, Leonard Bernstein, Chris DeBlasio and David Amram.
