Dance for Mental Health

Join a healing circle of dance with other women! Deepen connection with your whole self through connection with others in a safe and supportive space. This class experience is offered in a format that promotes release of physical tension, restoration of free expression, and increase of vitality through a communal experience. Renee and Kripi will guide you through movement sequences, expressive prompts, and group interactions supported by inspiring music. Open to all adult women. No dance experience necessary.
